Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition. Failure to keep the items in an unused, resalable condition may result in a reduced refund Revamped Lamps offers a 28 day returns policy on full price items from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless we have made a mistake. Apart from bespoke orders which are exempt from this law.

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price within 28 days of delivery. Return Postage must be paid for by the customer.

UK shipping is second class recorded delivery. All shipping costs to be paid by customer. 

Pricing include VAT but does not include delivery costs.

All of our custom-made products are non-returnable as they are made to order.

A custom made product will need to be built by one of our technicians and can take up to 10 working days to make depending on workload and qty ordered. The delivery time scale given on the website if from dispatch and not when ordered. For your safety, please do not modify, or make any other changes to, our custom mains leads or product wiring.

All Lamps are pat tested by a registered UK Pat tester and comes with safety sticker.

As the majority of our products are upcycled and vintage, there may be marks, scuffs and blemishes on the unit. We feel this adds to the charm of the lamp however if you have any concerns please contact us for any additional info and pictures.
